Welcome Reception

Join us for drinks and a light buffet after the first day of the conference. The reception is included in the registration fee and will be held in the lobby of the conference venue.

Mulled Wine Reception

Friday, 05 January, 2024 | 19:15-21:00

After the second day of the conference, we’re going upstairs, to the CEU rooftop terrace, for a cup of mulled wine or hot tea. This event is included in the registration fee.

Gala Dinner

Saturday, 06 January, 2024 | 20:00-03:00

In line with BCCCD tradition, we will be hosting a party at the end of the conference. Dinner and dancing will take place at Radisson Blu Béke Hotel, within walking distance of the CEU campus. The event is not included in the registration fee and has to be purchased separately.
Ticket price: EUR 75/person.
