Fee waivers for student presenters: A limited number of registration fee waivers are available for students with accepted presentations. Fee waiver applications are due by 11:59 CET on 08 November, 2023 to the conference email account ( Your application should include your name, the abstract ID from your acceptance notification, and an attached letter from a supervisor stating that there are no other available funds to support your attendance. Applicants for the fee waiver will be notified no later than 15 November, 2023. If you plan to apply for a fee waiver, do not register until after 15 November, 2023. Instructions for how to receive the waiver will be included in the decision email, but we cannot reimburse registrations that are paid for already.

Online payment

Online payment is available with VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB cards only. Upon finishing your registration you will be redirected to the secured online payment site of K&H Bank Zrt.


Taxable invoice will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Congress Secretariat will not modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be sent in written form to the Organizing Secretariat.

Cancellation of registration and conference dinner: If cancellation arrives before 01 December, 2023 80% refund will be made.
After this date no refund is available, though substitution in person will be accepted.
All refunds will be processed one month after the conclusion of the conference.

No show up cases

The organizers take efforts to run a successfull conference. Based on the list of registrants and order status conference services will be provided in sufficient numbers. Please take into consideration that after deadlines some conference materials and meals or hotel rooms cannot be cancelled or resold and therefore no refund is available. However substitution in person is always acceptable.
