Submit a pre-conference workshop or tutorial

We welcome submissions for half-day pre-conference workshops and tutorials, to be held between the hours of 8:30am - 12:30pm on Thursday, 5 January 2023. Proposals will be evaluated on a rolling basis by the BCCCD23 Program Committee and only a limited number will be selected. These pre-conference events will be accessible to BCCCD23 attendees on the basis of an additional fee added to the registration.

Workshops should provide an in-depth overview and opportunities to discuss topics in developmental cognitive science. Workshops should include talks invited by the workshop organizers and discussion periods. In particular, we encourage an interdisciplinary approach.

Tutorials should provide the opportunity to learn new skills of relevance to developmental cognitive science (e.g., experimental methods or data analysis techniques). Tutorials should be accessible to researchers from as many career stages as applicable and they should also have an interactive format.

Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered. All accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract booklet.
